Former President Donald Trump is leaving his Palm Beach club Mar-a-Lago for the summer, so he could escape the stifling Floridan summer for the cooler climes of his Garden State golf club and that’s heavy traffic for Bedminster, N.J. residents.

Mar-a-Lago closes after Memorial Day when most Palm Beach residents exit the muggy weather for the Hamptons or head to Europe, though the weather is not the only reason Trump is heading north for a few months, an Insider report says.
A source close to the former President said “they’re moving the whole operation to New Jersey because they’re going to start doing more fundraising.”
Meanwhile, Trump said early this week he is beyond seriously considering a 2024 presidential run but refused to speak deeper about the issue.
Being in Bedminster is better for him to meet people with big cash to donate and he can also meet strategists in the city or the Hamptons.
It’s not immediately clear whether his wife Melania and last son Barron will accompany him, or whether or not his kids Don Jr, Ivanka and Tiffany, who also relocated to Florida this year, will also join him.
