Louisville public radio DJ Kyle Meredith showed a snap of Taylor Swift’s 2020 Christmas card, although, we didn’t get one… and yes, we are shattered and not only does it reference the singer’s recent album, July’s “Folklore,” it also stars her cats Meredith Grey, Olivia Benson and Benjamin Button, thoughtful though!
Swift’s card reads, “Wishing you a season of moments so wonderful, they become folklore. Love, Taylor Swift and everyone at 13 Management,” as the cats are carefully dressed in a holiday outfit that includes a Santa hat, scarf and glass of festive sense.
Talor Swift will turn 31 on December 13, and she’s probably looking forward to not doing anything big this year like the rest of us considering the global pandemic. Even though the “Folklore” album received universal acclaim, most of her 2020 has been faced with a battle with mega-manager Scooter Braun over her old album sales.
In November, Braun’s Ithaca Holdings LLC sold the master rights to Swift’s first six albums to an investment fund almost a year and a half after buying the Nashville-based Big Machine Label Group.
In a statement on social media, Taylor Swift said the condition of the sale was that the buyers not make contact with her, which is a move by Braun aimed at “silencing her.”

Swift then announced she was going ahead with the plan to re-record her early music in an attempt to supplant the recordings Braun sold, the first re-recording of one of the songs, “Love Story,” was heard earlier this month in an ad for online dating site Match.com, you can check it out.
