R&B singer R. Kelly has reportedly got both shots of the COVID-19 vaccine while still being locked up in an Illinois jail on child sex charges the media has reported.
The “You Save Me” crooner who repeatedly attempted getting released from custody because of the dangers of the pandemic is one of more than 60 inmates at Chicago’s Metropolitan Correctional Center to receive the vaccine according to a TMZ report.

Kelly, 47, received his first shot back in January and the second one this month, TMZ reported, although it was not immediately clear which of the vaccine he received.
R. Kelly is currently awaiting trials in Illinois and New York on charges including sexually abusing underage girls, producing child pornography, and destroying evidence leading to the crime.
