Madison LeCroy wants you to know how comfortable she feels in her own skin, as the svelte, blue-eyed, blonde reality TV star… who recently had to squash rumours she had been romantic with A-Rod, posted a topless shot to her Instagram Saturday to sing the praises of her plastic surgeon.

“Plastic surgery. Two words I hadn’t given much thought to. I never thought I would need, much less want, plastic surgery,” she captioned the black-and-white snap that shows LeCroy smiling and covering her nipples with her hand.
The self-described “fitness obsessed” LeCroy wrote that giving birth to a 10-pound baby left her lacking confidence in her own body.
“Recently I was introduced to Dr. Patrick O’Neill and he gave me my confidence back and transformed the parts of my body that I was most self-conscious about. Women should never be shamed for doing anything that makes themselves more confident or love themselves more.
“If it makes you feel better about yourself, do it! If your sister, mother, daughter or friend is considering doing something to boost their confidence and self-worth, then support them! Just like Dolly Parton said, ‘If I see something saggin’ , baggin’ or dragin’, I’m gonna have it nipped, tucked or sucked.’”

Although she didn’t say exactly what type of plastic surgery she’d gone through, LeCroy, who currently has a young son; Hudson, in the past shared results of a breast enhancement.
