It’s not certain how many persons believe that, but Kris Jenner said so, she feels social media is a part of the reasons why her family long-running reality show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” is going away.
The reality show star said, “When we first started, there was no Instagram or Snapchat or other social media platforms. The world has changed. Now there are so many ‘media options’… the viewers don’t have to wait three or four months to see an episode. We can give them all of the information anyone would ever want to know in real-time,” Kris Jenner told WWD’s Beauty Inc. special issue.
“Social media is the fastest and most controlled way to get the message out,” she added.
KUWTK debuted in 2007 and is going away after its 20th season on E! in 2021.
Jenner had previously hinted that she’s not sure of joining any long series reality show at the moment as she has a lot going on in her life right now. That was after she was asked if she would join the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
