Kim Kardashian has officially filed for divorce from rapper Kanye West after seven years of marriage. The reality show star well-known divorce lawyer Laura Wasser filed the papers on Friday.

SurgeZirc France published last month that Kardashian, 40 and West, 41, were headed for a divorce as the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” reality TV show star said she was considering if the decision would be the best for their kids.
The couple had been in talks with experts on how to settle the property they own together, though Kanye West was snapped this week still wearing his wedding band, while recent photos of Kim Kardashian revealed she had already dumped hers.
Meanwhile, Kardashian has already filed for joint legal and physical custody of their four children, daughters North, 7, Chicago, 3; and sons Saint, 5, and Psalm, who turns 2 in May.
