Today, Kate Middleton and Prince William wore matching blue outfits and buttons to show their support for the people of Ukraine who are currently going through distress following the Russian invasion of their country.

The Duchess wore an Alexander McQueen cashmere sweater in the same colour as the Ukrainian flag and accessorized with a flag pin with a white heart for a visit to London’s Ukrainian Cultural Center.

As the couple arrived, Kate Middleton clutched a brown paper bag, and it turned out she’d brought a special treat for the volunteers: homemade brownies and granola bars, as shown in a photo tweeted by Daily Mail reporter Rebecca English.

The royal couple assisted in the packing of donations and spoke with volunteers about their work at the centre, learning how British citizens can help Ukrainians both in Europe and in the UK.
