Cardi B, like many of us, is perplexed as to why so many celebrities have admitted to not bathing on a regular basis, tweeting her confusion on the subject on Tuesday.

Cardi B, 28, took to her official Twitter account to share her thought on the celebrities non-bathing issues, writing “Wassup with people saying they don’t shower? It’s giving itchy.” Her tweet came after several celebrities admitted that daily showers just aren’t necessary for their household.

Jake Gyllenhaal is the latest celebrity to admit he doesn’t find bathing regularly necessary. “More and more I find bathing to be less necessary, at times,” 40-year-old Gyllenhaal told Vanity Fair last week while promoting Prada’s Luna Rossa Ocean fragrance.

“I do believe because Elvis Costello is wonderful, that good manners and bad breath get you nowhere. So I do that. But I do also think that there’s a whole world of not bathing that is also really helpful for skin maintenance, and we naturally clean ourselves.”

Days prior, Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard had also explained that they wait for their daughters to “stink” before cleaning them up.

Mila Kunis, 37, and Ashton Kutcher, 43, have revealed that they only bathe their kids, Wyatt and Dimitri, as infants when they could “see the dirt on them” otherwise they wouldn’t do it.

“I didn’t have hot water growing up as a child, so I didn’t shower much anyway,” Kunis said of her showering habits, with Kutcher adding, “I wash my armpits and my crotch daily, and nothing else ever. I got a bar of Lever 2000 that delivers every time.”

Since they made the shocking revelations, several screen faces have come out to clear their part, like Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson who aired his view and stated his own routine.

The former wrestling star and highest-paid actor, 49, tweeted Friday, “I’m the opposite of a ‘not washing themselves’ celeb. Shower (cold) when I roll outta bed to get my day rollin’. Shower (warm) after my workout before work. Shower (hot) after I get home from work.”

Aside from The Rock, Jason Mamoa, 42, also told Access Hollywood Monday that she showers, she wrote, “I’m not starting any trends. I shower, trust me. I’m Aquaman. I’m in the f–king water. Don’t worry about it. I’m Hawaiian. We got saltwater on me. We good.”
