President Biden directed the movement of aircraft and ballistic missile defence destroyers to the region over the past week.

During his conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, President Biden reaffirmed the United States’ ironclad commitment to the security of Israel.
He commended Israel for its impressive ability to defend against and defeat unprecedented attacks, sending a clear message to its adversaries that the security of Israel cannot be effectively threatened.
President Biden expressed his intention to rally G7 leaders to coordinate a united diplomatic response to Iran’s brazen attack. His team will engage with counterparts across the region and maintain close communication with Israel’s leaders.
While there have been no attacks on American forces or facilities thus far, the United States remains vigilant to all threats. It is prepared to take all necessary action to protect its people.
