Chrissy Teigen Blasts Troll Who Ridiculed Meghan Markle Miscarriage

Chrissy Teigen has sent a message to trolls, “Don’t mess with Meghan Markle” after the Duchess of Sussex disclosed to reporters the detail of her miscarriage in July. As Twitter users discussed the painful story, one user criticised the story, and quickly Teigen, 34, noticed the comment.

“Is anyone really questioning the pain and sheer awfulness of suffering a miscarriage, or are they perhaps criticising Meghan’s decision to write a 1,000 word op-Ed about herself? What does it add to the resources already available for those who go through a tragedy like this?” the user tweeted in response to a viral post which read, “Meghan Markle won’t see the all of the nasty s–t you write about her but your friends who have experienced miscarriages and the loss of a baby will.”

Teigen, who recently suffered a pregnancy loss with husband John Legend, then fired back at the user, calling him out by name in a since-deleted post.

“Award for today’s absolute piece of s–t goes to. Congratulations, piece of s–t,” Teigen tweeted, according to E! News and then added, “Sorry forgot I’m trying to be nicer lol.”

In October, Teigen announced she and Legend, 41, lost their baby boy, whom they’d started calling Jack.

“Jack worked so hard to be a part of our little family, and he will be, forever. To our Jack – I’m so sorry that the first few moments of your life were met with so many complications, that we couldn’t give you the home you needed to survive. We will always love you,” she posted to Instagram at the time.

Chrissy Teigen, who shares daughter Luna, 4, and son Miles, 2, with Legend, recently told fans she hasn’t been as active on social media because she’s “in a bit of a grief depression hole.”

“But do not worry as I have so much help around me to get better and I’ll be fixed soon,” she continued Wednesday. “They’ll call when I’m better and ready for pickup and u can swing by and grab me ok? thank u and love you!”
