According to Bloomberg, Apple will hold its next hardware event on or around March 8th. The company is expected to announce the third-generation iPhone SE, a refresh of the 2020 iPad Air, and a new Mac computer with an Apple Silicon chip at the event.

The date corresponds to the March to April timeframe that Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman previously stated Apple had set for the SE’s debut, but the company has warned that potential production delays could force it to change its plans.

As previously stated, the new phone will allegedly include a 5G modem, a first for the SE line. It will also have a faster processor and a better camera. It will, however, retain the current model’s iPhone 8-era design.

The new iPad Air, meanwhile, will get a processor refresh as well as 5G connectivity. Bloomberg didn’t say much about the new Mac that Apple may unveil at the same event, but most recent reports indicate that the company will unveil a new 27-inch iMac Pro model.
