Megan Fox and her ex Brian Austin Green are just one judge’s signature away from wrapping up their divorce.
Megan Fox, 35, and Brian Austin Green, 48, did not have a prenuptial agreement, which means they will have to split everything they acquired during their decade-long marriage under California law.
It’s unclear whether either of them will be paying spousal or child support, though the divorce documents mention an out-of-court settlement.

Megan Fox requested joint legal and physical custody of their three children — Noah Shannon, 9, Bodhi Ransom, 7, and Journey River, 5, when she filed for divorce in November 2020.
Megan Fox’s legal surname will also be changed back to Fox from Green. However, Megan has been in a high-profile relationship with Machine Gun Kelly since mid-2020, while Green has been dating “DWTS” pro Sharna Burgess.
Earlier in 2012, Megan Fox clarified whether or not her divorce was caused by the fact that she was dating MGK.
MGK had “nothing to do with” the end of her marriage, Megan Fox clarified despite the fact that they were first snapped together in May 2020 and she didn’t file for divorce until November of that year.
The actress, on the other hand, stated that she and Green had been “apart” since the end of 2019.

From the beginning, the couple’s relationship was a roller coaster. They were engaged and living together by 2006 after meeting on the set of “Hope & Faith” in 2004 when Fox was only 18 years old.
The couple “mutually decided” to end their engagement in 2009, only to be re-engaged and married by the end of June 2010.
During a red carpet interview four years and two children into their marriage, Megan Fox stated unequivocally that she had no “intimacy whatsoever” with her husband anymore.
One year later, in 2015, the actress filed for divorce from the “90210” alum for the first time but by the end of 2016, she was pregnant with their third child and living with Green again.
The couple worked together for another three years before finally calling it quit in 2019.
