Kim Kardashian has been granted a temporary restraining order against a man the reality star said has been stalking her property while proclaiming his uncontrollable love for her.
According to a TMZ report, Kim’s legal rep. Shawn Holley filed the order on Friday to protect her client from Charles Peter Zelenoff, 32, who the business mogul said has been harassing her for some months now.
The filing has Kim claiming that Zelenoff shared social media posts about his intention to pursue a physical relationship with her … plus disturbing posts about him attempting to enter the reality star’s property.
Kim also said that the alleged creep filmed videos outside the edge of her property, startling the mother of four, who is currently undergoing a divorce process from her rapper husband Kanye West.
Kim Kardashian considered obtaining a court restraining order after seeing that the guy is getting frustrated with his inability to reach her and possibly voice his claimed desires to date her, which she’s concerned could end in violence.
The crazy lover also has two recent battery convictions, according to the docs. filed. But when asked what is her relationship with the man, Kim wrote, “Stalker,” and nothing more.
A recent report shows that a judge has granted the restraining order against Zelenoff, and he must as a matter of order stay 100 yards away from the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star and her Hidden Hills property.
This is far from being the first time a delusional fan is stalking Kim Kardashian, as an unidentified 24-year-old guy tried to break into her home in March, telling her security team he was her husband.
Maybe the price to pay for being the famous Kim Kardashian!
