Cardi B isn’t joking this time, as she shares her uncomfortable skincare struggles with fans asking anyone with a solution to go ahead and say it. This isn’t a “WAP” track, this is f***king real skin disease… folks.
“I been breaking out lately and my face is extremely dry. I don’t think these products are working. I think it’s the water out here … What are some good products for little black heads break outs and dry skin on your face?” she tweeted on Monday.
The “WAP” hitmaker also shared a picture of a breakout on her cheek, writing, “It’s been happening for like 3 months now … S—t really is uncomfortable.”
As fans suggest quite a number of products that could help Cardi told them she’d already tried a number of those. Of popular brand Cetaphil, she wrote, My mom love [that] s—t …I don’t really like it I don’t feel like it cleans my face right,” adding that CeraVe‘s products “really don’t work for me.”
Another fan suggested she seek the assistance of a dermatologist, Cardi said she’d already done that as well.
“[They] gave me some s—t that dried my face more and make me get more [pores]” she explained. “[They] said it will take 3 months but I don’t got time for that and didn’t give me a reason on why I’m breaking out. I never broke out on my cheeks and chin.”
Cardi finally agreed to give professionals another try despite her disappointing experience with them as she is determined to get to the root of the problem.
Not too long help came through fellow musician Kehlani, who recommended someone who could possibly handle the case well.
“Ok @Kehlani recommended me somebody for my face…Imma give ya a update in 2 weeks…” she tweeted.
Cardi B becomes yet another famous star to be struggling with skin disease. The likes of Keke Palmer and “The Undoing” star Matilda De Angelis recently shared their case publicly.
