Brad Pitt To Spend Christmas With His Kids Amid Angelina Jolie Legal Custody Battle

Brad Pitt isn’t going to be “away” dad to his children this holiday as he will be spending some days with three of his children, his daughter Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne, no… I didn’t say the custody battle between him and Angelina Jolie has ended, nop! it’s still on.

Brad Pitt visit is conditional, it’s limited to the specific window of Christmas Day and then some, according to Us Weekly, who first published the story, “They can spend the night with him on Christmas Eve,” the reporters quotes a source as saying, who then clarifies that Pitt and Jolie “previously discussed spending the holidays as a family when they were ‘getting along’ earlier this year, but plans have since changed.”

The source also blamed both Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie for the row between them, saying, “Brad and Angelina are equally responsible for the never-ending drama. Sadly, their children are collateral damage.”

Jolie couldn’t do her usual globetrotting this year thanks to the pandemic, although the same source revealed, “she has wanted to do humanitarian work beyond the United States but needs permission from Brad to take the kids out of the county,”

Brad Pitt who’s  57-years-old and his former wife Angelina Jolie, 45, are glued together in an interminable custody battle that has really stretched beyond proportion since they were legally separated in April 2019 after the superstar actress filed for divorce from Pitt in September 2016.

The custody battle did not affect only Shiloh, 14, and the twins, 12, it also affects Pax, 17 and Zahara, 15. Their eldest, Maddox, is a legal adult at 19 and could not be dragged into the circle.

Jolie’s move this summer to have the judge in charge of their matter John W. Ouderkirk changed because he was allegedly too close to Pitt’s attorneys met with Pitt’s team respond with court documents showing that Ouderkirk, who officiated the couple’s wedding in 2014, had made all parties aware of the supposed conflict.
